What is your turnaround time?

-most items in the shop are in stock + ship in 1-3 BUSINESS days.  We do not usually ship over weekend and cannot guarantee porch pick ups then. Longer turnaround times such as pre-orders are noted in item description.

-we will make you fully aware if an item is a pre-order, meaning a 1-2 or 2-3 week wait.

What are your shipping costs?

-We know you hate paying shipping fees.  We do too! 

Standard shipping in the US is only $5.95 flatrate!  Orders over $100 ship for free.

What is your Return/Exchange policy?

-we like to try things on too! if you're not completely satisfied, you're welcome to return for STORE CREDIT or an exchange WITHIN 14 DAYS of receiving your product according to the shipping tracking. We however can NOT guarantee the same item will be available upon making your return. WE DO NOT DO REFUNDS.

-Sale items are FINAL SALE.

-if something is damaged or incorrect with your order we will of course do whatever needed to correct your order. please let us know upon receiving.

How do your sizes run?

How should I care for my items?

-most items we sell include a care label.  it's best to follow those instruction + when in doubt handwash + hang dry.
